I have been trying for days to call for service. Our 14-month old NordicTrack Audiostrider 990 has a broken left link arm. I was on the phone for a total of 3 hours yesterday trying to get through. When your operators finally answer and ask for a contract number, there is a pause, as if they can't hear and then a hang up. That happened 5 times yesterday. I feel I have a useless warranty and a useless eliptical machine. I have no choice but to write to the Better Business Bureau. Every single comment on this web site is negative for this company. Sears should be ashamed for having them as their warranty company for their sports equipment.
