Never buy UTS again, don't waste your money and time


I wonder why UTS is still in business. The customer service is horrible, they yell at you if you not 'polite' to them.

IT takes 3 weeks for the part arrives. Then you have to contact the local technician for service, here is your nightmare begins. You keeps calling and calling, they don't even answer the phone and the messages you leaves.

Finally, the technician answered you and told you that UTS have not sent work-order to him, then you have to wait for another 3 weeks.

total waiting time for repair service is about 2 months and buy that time, you might gain a lot of weight.

After the treadmill repaired, it broke again 2 months later. And the nightmare repeats.
